The villa is located in a quiet residential area, which implies:

• Parties, loud events and amplified music are strictly not allowed
• Gatherings must remain calm, respectful and low-noise
• Respect for neighbours and surroundings is essential

Accommodation capacity

The sleeping capacity is strictly defined:

• 8 beds + 1 sofa bed
• Including 6 double beds (160 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm)
• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times

This layout is ideal for group holidays, retreats and small private stays.

Stay duration & booking conditions

To ensure the best experience and smooth organisation, booking conditions vary depending on the season.

Minimum stay

• Minimum 2 nights all year round, unless stated otherwise

Peak season

• During high season, bookings are primarily accepted from 7 nights
• Depending on availability and closer to arrival dates, shorter stays (from 2 nights) may be offered

Low season

• January, February and March: 1-night stays may be available
• Rest of the year: 1 night possible on request only

Public holidays & long weekends

• Minimum stay may be adjusted for public holidays and long weekends
• Specific conditions may apply depending on the dates

Two formats are available:

Groups booking the villa can freely design their stay and work with our partner providers or bring their own professionals:

• Massage or wellness practitioner
• Sports or wellness coach
• Private chef
• On-site cooking classes

External providers are welcome, provided they operate with respect, discretion and harmony with the property and neighbourhood.

Wellness retreat organised by a professional

The villa is ideally suited to hosting retreats led by yoga, Pilates or gentle practice instructors, welcoming their own group of participants.

• The instructor is the organiser of the stay
• They come with their own participants
• They may also bring their own private chef, if desired
• The defined accommodation capacity must be strictly respected
